People, on April 19, 2008 we will have an Open House and Launching of our brand new project the Phase 3 in St. Joseph Village 10. Price Increase

On April 19, 2008, the Sampaguita and Parklea models at St. Joseph Village 10 will have a price increase. The price difference will be P50t additional from P425,000 to P475,000 for Sampaguita Core Type 40sqm. unit. While P110,000 additional from P885,000 to P995,000 for Parklea Core Type, 80sqm. unit.

So why wait for the price increase before April 19 reserve a unit.
